Wednesday, May 31, 2023 - Still some time to go on this. DD'd for an hour the prior night and opened again for dinner the following evening.
Opaque colouring, with notes of black fruit & pencil shavings on the nose. Still a good deal of tannin and acidity on the palate. No rush to open the next bottle but worked well with a selection of grilled meats at a local chop house
