Saturday, August 22, 2015 - 2011 DRC and a range of others: Served blind. Redcurrant, orange peel, licorice, roses and spice. Rich fruit drives the palate, with great structure and composure. Excellent length and there is a mineral element that stays with you long afterwards. When revealed, this felt very true to its producer.
