Sunday, February 22, 2009 - Super bottle. Opened at 11; poured ata 830 pm. Honoring the memory of Teobaldo. Initially, rose, talc, almost a Monprivato feel. Over time, the Serralunga baking spices came on strong. Good grip and nice acidic lift on palate. Entering a great drinking window.
