Wednesday, October 10, 2012 - Light straw color. A bit of limeade and apples on the nose. Light citrus flavors on the palate with some sweetness on the midpalate. Moderate acidity. Could have probably used a touch more for me. A bit simple but still quite enjoyable and a very good wine to pair with sushi an spicy Thai food.
