Sunday, June 19, 2022 - "Día de los Daddys" (Chicago, IL): Apparently this needed a good shake to get rid of a bunch of dissolved fizz. Bitter, herbal, and oily, with plenty of weird oxidative funky notes that, well, just don't taste clean. I can understand why there is interest in this wine, but I'm definitely not the target market.
