Sunday, March 2, 2014 - Darker color pour, decanted for about an hour, continued to open once in the glass. Loved the bouquet, more fruit than expected with a hint of leather and smoke, very nice. very long, slow legs, beautiful in the glass. Surprisingly fruity for a chianti with virtually no tannins, very smooth and very, very tasty, more complexity than any other chianti I have had with no acidity present. More bottles will be in my cellar very soon!
