Thursday, June 1, 2017 - What a wonderful surprise. Wine opened and left to breathe for 30 minutes. No colour fade at the rim, full nose and a soft, smooth flavour profile. The wine was gentle with an almost burgundian nose/palate.
The nose was more powerful than the palate.
I will be drinking the remaining bottles over the next 12-18 months, hoping all will be as good as this one.
