Sunday, January 20, 2013 - This is quite nice. Strong dark ruby-purple color, not quite opaque. Jammy raspberry fruit in the nose wrapped nicely in toasty oak and cigar box notes. Complex, even a bit exotic. Full and rich on the palate, has nice balance of fruit and earth. Excellent dark fruits. Good balance and richness. Wow. What a steal. 4-14-16-8: 92/100.
