Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - No bubbles in this bottle but still excellent with complex fish dinner. Notes of ginger give way to complex oxidation. Lacks breadth but very precise and subtly complex. Enjoyed by everyone. Good bottles have a bit more time but no reason to wait. Still much prefer Rene Lalou 1975 (rate at 98pts). 94pts for this bottle, good bottles 95/96pts
