Saturday, February 15, 2014 - HDH Dinner (Les Nomades): Out of jero...naturally. Initially this was pretty reserved compared to the 1970 alongside it. But over 40min, this took on much more spice, red and black fruit, iron notes, nutmeg and other spices. Painfully detailed with layers of complexity I am not smart enough to describe. Fully of finesse and elegance yet plenty of power. In a stellar lineup, this was a stand out and something special. Finish lasts for hours.
