Sunday, May 31, 2015 - Sipping at Twist by Pierre Gagnaire in Las Vegas. We had never seen a bottle anywhere – even in St. Emillon – of any vintage older than 10 years. As such and given the relatively reasonable price (not that any wine on the list was inexpensive), we had no choice but to dive in. Ah, what a luvly swim.
