Monday, June 5, 2006 - I was given a case for my wedding and this is the last bottle. A special occation (daughters birthday) brought it out and I enjoyed it with our extended family (not much for each but well worth it!). This is one of the mellowest amazing cabs I have ever had. It was like that Willy Wonka gobstopper that at any given time tasted like a different course at dinner. Strong apricot, ripe blueberry, and just a touch of vanilla...incredible.
