Friday, October 28, 2022 - Pale yellow to straw color. Very subtle nose with lemon curd, citrus, and minerality. Surprisingly full bodied palate with lots of champagne-esque bread/yeast notes, good bubbles, high acidity. Not a very complex sparkling wine, but great value at around $20/bottle. I'll be happy to smash down a case of this.
