Wednesday, October 18, 2023 - Med yellow color. Med(+) aromas of pear, green and yellow apple, brioche, honey. Creamy bubble, med acid, dry, med body, long finish. Very Champagne-like which is a little different from what I remember though fruit intensity is higher than a typical champagne. Drink now.
