Sunday, February 4, 2024 - Disgorged 2/2022. Day 2 review. These have been stellar sparkling wines over the past 5 years. Vibrant fruit featuring lemon, unripe peaches and sour apples. Chalk, minerals and floral notes. Nice acidity. What is not to like about it for $19.99.
