Perfect acidity-mouth watering. Enjoyed by me with snail/garlic appetizer and by 3 others at the table. Much better than prior bottle tried 6 months ago where acidity was missing. Fine QPR at $21 in PA. Several $$ less expensive in non-ripoff states. My friend at the table said he was going out the next day to buy some.
