Sunday, January 23, 2011 - Very light straw color with a light, steady stream of bubbles. The nose is a little stingy and shows some flour, peanut butter, and lemon drop candy. The mousse is very lively on the palate with a good creaminess. Lighter and more delicate in body with some nice banana bread notes in medium length finish. Could be better several months down the road. Dgorg't PB903 4+10+16+7 = 87
