Friday, April 8, 2011 - Interesting aromas of lemon bread dough with higher tones of apples, citrus, citrus, toasted nuts. Good mouthfeel, although bubbles feel like they they could be more integrated. Mineral, dry finish that fades neatly. Enjoyable and festive.
