Wednesday, September 17, 2014 - Smells like apple and sweet dough; appetizing. On the palate, fresh clean lemon, kiwi, and golden apple flavors, and a savory hint of yeast. Great balance between fresh acidity and the barest hint of sweetness, finishing completely dry. A dash of salinity. Good standby bubbly, easy to find, quite tasty, good value.
