Friday, June 12, 2015 - Rich and round, with spicy red apple and biscuit, noticeable dosage, and juuuust enough acidity to make it drinkable. I prefer my sparkling wines with more acidity and more bracing than this, but it avoids that metallic hollow character found in a lot of cheap sparking wine and I imagine this would be a big crowd pleaser. Held up well over four days in the fridge, showing drier and more citrusy over time.
