Monday, December 31, 2018 - Bright fruit, yeast, and apple on the nose. Lots of acidity with Granny Smith apple on the palate. Not as good as it used to be—I think they’ve lowered the quality a bit. Too acidic and lacking balance. Probably generous with my score, but this used to be a favorite and it’s influenced by its history.
