The body is light +. The wine has bright texture and the bubbles are fluffy. The wine finishes short +. The wine has medium - acidity. It tastes like baked yellow apples, toasted almonds, dough & lemon curd.

Overall, it's not very complex and the flavors fall a bit flat for me. I think if it had more acidity it would be better balanced. The bubbles are fun and fluffy and I enjoy them even though I usually lean more towards fine, velvety bubbles. This is a fun wine and decent for the price.
