Saturday, September 5, 2020 - Pale yellow color with a bouquet and flavor of citrus, dried pear, and minerals. Good balance with some nuance and a moderate finish. with nice acidity and effervescence. Drunk at my beautiful daughter's wedding with the big crowd postponed until after covid. Multiple bottles consumed.
