Wednesday, December 17, 2008 - 12.0% alcohol. Strikingly light color, just a tinge of yellow to it. Appealing bouquet of tart apple, citrus, and yeast. Lively, refreshing, and elegant in the mouth. Plenty of fruit, wonderful acidity. Nice tart finish. Tasty and very drinkable wine, if uncomplicated. B+
