Wednesday, October 13, 2021 - Lingering mousse and bead. Light straw yellow color. Aromas of apple, lemon, mineral and dried yeast. There’s also something floral as well- leaning towards honeysuckle- it’s a mildly sweet white flower quality. Fine bead with flavors of apple, citrus blanched almond and jasmine. Excellent. 92+ pts.
