Thursday, November 24, 2016 - Since we just made notes on this wine 3 weeks ago, I’ll dispense with a lengthy note now. We popped this as a run up to and as part of the dinner prep for Thanksgiving while I watched the rotissaried duck. Bright and lots of apple notes. No food pairing. Recommended.
