Thursday, December 3, 2009 - This hasn’t changed much from last year. The effervescence has backed down a bit, the acidity has softened, but the mousse is lively and generous while the profile offers baked apple, lemon zest, toast and yeast. A delight to open anytime. 12% alc. With burgers and fries from Five Guys as we watched Rudolph the RNR (a family tradition). Recommended.
