Wednesday, January 11, 2017 - Drank a lot of this wine over the last 10 years-assorted vintages. Slightly past its prime. Popped and poured. Nose of leather, smoke, soy sauce? Red fruit a little tired but present, and wine is very smooth for first hour or so. Still enjoyable. Finish has hints of spice but wine is still luscious.
