Thursday, September 25, 2014 - Opened by tlv during his daughter's birthday dinner and paired with the foie/bone marrow course, served alongside the Girardin.

Notes of apple, lemon and stone- there are definitely similarities to the Girardin. Flavors of orchard fruit and stone, with a long balanced finish. A wonderful wine, but just a notch below the Burg tonight.
