Sunday, August 25, 2013 - Pepper/licorice bite with a rounded array of fruit on the nose - primarily cherry and blueberry. Nice colour, not particularly syrupy. Decent balance of fruit and acidity. Crisp aftertaste with a little lingering dryness.
