Wednesday, December 19, 2012 - Consumed over 3 nights with some fresh Pacific oysters, best on the first night. Grapefruit and grass with great character and a nice acidic spine that lingers on the palette. Day 1 it had a nice zing on the front end that faded by day 2, but the spine is still present on day 3. A really interesting bottle that I would buy again.
