Monday, April 22, 2024 - Developing and drinking very well, every bit as good as the last bottle.
For reasons I won’t explain, I had a glass of this with a lightly-spiced home-made chicken biryani. The wine handled it amazingly well and the food did nothing to damage the wine, quite the reverse!
After food, it was very good on its own. Good stuff, really showing its class now.
Note: it was excellent next day.
