Sunday, April 12, 2015 - It is made up of a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 15% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Pale salmon pink, subtle elegant showing citrus, grape fruits, green apples and hints of smoke and spicy red fruits.
Green apple, peach, grape fruits and hints of mineral on palate. It has good acidity but fruits are fading. Long lingering finish with hints of spice.
Tasted my last bottle after 3 years, this is still holding but it does not add complexity.
