Sunday, January 2, 2022 - Aged in temperature controlled stand-alone wine cellar. Medium deep purple in color with very slight brownish rim. Pleasant wine aroma on opening with no odor often present in aged wine. Tannin quite evident on first taste. Within thirty minutes the fruit began to evolve and tannin diminish. Over the next few hours transitioned into a rewarding Cabernet with very light tannin. One bottle left, plan to enjoy within a year or maybe even two.
