My bottle showed a beautifully preserved cork. My aromatic and tasting experience mirrors Howards. Terrific acidity. We finished 2/3 of the bottle, corked it and placed into fridge.

2 days later, it had blossomed further. Great flinty aromas and some mild matchstick on the palate. The acidity was just starting to fade. A bit rounder.

Fantastic wine. One of my favorite for 2016. The 2 day data point makes me think this has even more time remaining and I will not hesitate to decant the next bottle (after a quick sip) if consumed within the next 3 years.
