Saturday, January 19, 2013 - This bottle needed more time to settle than the prior one I had as well as barrel samples. With aeration, the glycerined pineapple and melon notes come into balance with the wine's impressive acidity. Less floral than I observed before, but with a dry richness I really appreciate as a daily drinker and/or alongside food.
