Thursday, January 2, 2014 - Popped and poured, and then let it warm up just a bit from the fridge. Great aromatics of flowers, honey, and minerals. Excellent palate of pears, stone, honeysuckle.

I bought 3 of these recently, and plowed through 2 quite quickly - an excellent bottle of wine that hits my sweet spot. This and Calicaro are probably my 2 favorite Viogniers right now. All of the qualities I want without overdoing it.
