Sunday, February 26, 2012 - VdP Rheingau Wine Presentation (Kloster Eberbach): Very closed, very spicy, fermented on the lees, RS less than 1 gram, very individual style, impressive. Bottled under cork - they have now been able to source one that is certifiied biodynamic.
