Saturday, May 14, 2022 - Rusty garnet. Nose of pungent beef blood, dried cherry, earth, iodine, hothouse flowers. Layers of spicy red cherry, plum, deep earth, and holiday cake. Moderately brisk acidity and smoothed, dusty tannin. Long finish of autumnal red cherry cut with granular earth and fine stone. Beautiful and aging well.
