Thursday, May 27, 2021 - Light bodied, mostly cranberry/raspberry/under ripe red plum, almost crunchy with the acid but silky fine. Herbal & mineral. Distant sweetness in the middle, distant bitter dryness in the finish.

At one point the nose developed a strange but pleasant top note of sweet vanilla fudge.

Enjoyed over 4 hours. Probably best drunk in one sitting. Wouldn't cellar it much longer. 88/89
