Tuesday, March 27, 2012 - High-end optics bar (Amo Eno, Hong Kong): The Pichon Lalande 1989 was probably the first bottle of decent wine I ever had, or at least noticed, some years ago, so it has a special importance for me.
This has a strange, complex nose with delicate fruit and tobacco/tea flavours intermingled. It's still dark, hardly any rim. A fantastic layered length. WOTN.
