Saturday, March 9, 2024 - Brought this bottle (which I received as a gift recently) to dinner with friends featuring Wagyu A4 beef (grilled to perfection).

The wine was a perfect complement - classic balanced Bordeaux with well resolved tannins, nose of blackberries, cassis, black currants. Plenty of fruit on the mouth, with delicious palate nicely coupled with the steak. A perfect evening of good food and wine.
