Monday, April 3, 2017 - This wine has come a long way since my last taste in 2013. Here I found a bouquet of honey dew melon, yellow flowers, lime zest, crushed stone and hints of petrol. On the palate, a zesty display of lemon-infused green apple, young pineapple and savory herbs saturated the senses, while its brisk acidity left the mouth watering. It finished wonderfully fresh with a lasting zing of pineapple and minerals.
