Thursday, May 16, 2013 - Day 1 pop and pour. Stunning nose of rosé petals, forest floor and sandlewood. In the mouth, a very well put together wine. Certainly needs time in the bottle, but showing beautifully right now. Saving a glass to check back on and continue the tasting note.........
