Wednesday, April 15, 2015 - Enjoyed at home alone. Pleasantly subtle nose of red berries. Palate was slightly closed initially but could sense a certain refinement. After a few days in the fridge(!), it opened progressively and flavors became more focused and frontal. Can see this getting better with time.
