Sunday, January 6, 2013 - Similar taste profile to a well made CA Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp, clean, lemony with medium finish that has a pleasant salinity. Nice acids too, a good match for most seafood. Very easy to drink, a really nice wine for the money.
