Saturday, April 22, 2017 - Dark crimson red color. On the nose a lot of white pepper and some cloves, cherries. The peppery nose reminds me of languedoc roussilion, but there is this sweetness to it from the fruit that is almost like a syrup.
On the pallet lots of dark sweet fruit mingled with spices. Very well balanced. I must say I was not expecting this. It's my last 2011 bottle but I regret it, as I believe I drank the others too early.
