Monday, February 26, 2024 - Very red fruited - flavors dominated by dusty dried cherry, baked cherry, berry leaf, earth, smoke, leather. Soft tannins, medium+ acidity, Fairly light and very elegant. I paired this with braised short ribs which I think was a mistake, this would be much better with some grilled steaks or a roast.
