Tuesday, November 3, 2015 - This wine is awesome, anyone giving scores in the 80s must be either joking, terrible tasters, or perhaps tasting the Willamette Valley bottle, not BF Vineyard. It's too bad Robert Parker or Wine Advocate won't review it

11/3/2015 5:26:00 PM - Look at the timing on those scores. I love the wine. I tasted it at the winery in summer '14. It was deft, nimble, acidic, a touch lean, and the fruit was not ripe. That's the style pinot I like. My guess is that this wine was very tight and showed little in its first 1+ year after release, and that the tasters who didn't think highly of it prefer a ripe style of pinot.
