Saturday, January 9, 2021 - Decanted for 3 hours and back into the bottle for the journey to a restaurant. I did not get a chance to stand this bottle other than for a few hours. Wine was cloudy which detracted a bit from my experience. Others were not bothered. This was very good, delicate. But never cleared up. Good leather, soy, umami, celery. Soft and supple. Great texturally. As a massive Bartolo fan I know these bottles can be better when they are clearer.
